1 Corinthians 3

This morning I’m reading 1 Corinthians 3, and I feel like I need to start taking better care of my body. Health experts classify being 30 pounds overweight as obesity. I need to make better lifestyle choices. I don’t want the temple to be so big that the Holy Spirit gets lost. I don’t want to get healthy to look or feel better, I want to lose weight to because, I want to be my best for Christ.

16Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? 17If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.’
I Corinthians 3:16-17

But there’s an angry, bloodthirsty…
